ArtLab OKC is a therapeutic art group led by Sara Whitehead, LCSW a licensed mental health therapist and artist. ArtLab OKC is here to support local artists and creatives. Group participants explore their own individual and collective creativity, blockages to their work, and engage in mindful, trauma-informed therapeutic modalities to discover and express their highest creative potential. First class is FREE! 18+ only.
