2D Artwork and Jewelry: Max 15 pieces

3D Artwork: Max 10 pieces

Each sign-up is equivalent to one hour of photography. Restrictions listed above are maximum values - it is not guaranteed that all pieces can be photographed within the time limit. You may ask for prioritized pieces to be photographed first.

The photographer will take pictures of your work on the day(s) in-between. Include any special instructions in the sign-up form. If you cannot pick up or drop off your work on the designated days, let us know! We can also arrange same-day dropoff/pickup if needed. 

The photographer will edit and crop the photos and share them with you via a download link shared over email. The images will be provided in both JPG and TIF format.  You'll be getting an email from Evan Beasley at ebphotollc@gmail.com. Check your Spam folder!

OVAC reserves the right to use all images created in the photography studio for promo purposes with artist credit.

Note that it can take up to two weeks to you receive your images.
The Photo Studio date could be cancelled or rescheduled due to photographer illness or emergency.

Cancellations made less than one week in advance are non-refundable.
