All Access Arts Coordinator

The All Access Arts Coordinator supports the growth and impact of Arts Council OKC’s All Access Arts programs through hands-on program management and volunteer coordination. This position assists with communication between teaching artists and partner sites, manages supplies and data systems, and facilitates the Teen Arts Council initiative. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining community relationships, and strengthening program capacity through effective organization and collaboration. The All Access Arts Coordinator assists the All Access Arts Director with general program management. This includes, but is not limited to, communication with teaching artists, site visits, and data management.

Coordinator of Learning and Engagement

Oklahoma Contemporary seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Coordinator of Learning and Engagement to provide administrative and program support. Key duties include managing calendars; maintaining systems (Altru, XTruLink); supporting programs like Second Saturday, Camp Contemporary, Sensory Friendly Hour and Community Engagement; and assisting with event setup and customer service. The role also involves preparing materials for committees and board meetings, maintaining the Learning Gallery, and coordinating with external partners. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized and enthusiastic about supporting arts-based community engagement.


Associate Registrar
Philbrook Museum of Art | Tulsa, OK

Philbrook Museum of Art is seeking candidates to fill the position of Associate Registrar. The Associate Registrar is responsible for the proper documentation, care, handling, storage, and movement of artworks in accordance with professional museum standards. The position works collaboratively with curatorial and other collections and exhibitions staff, along with external contractors and lenders, to install exhibitions, execute loans, and manage acquisition and deaccessioning processes and logistics. This position supervises and trains interns and volunteers. The Associate Registrar develops registration budgets, goals, objectives, and priorities in conjunction with the Director of Collections and Exhibitions.


Guest Experience Host

Our Host role will facilitate fun, memorable, and quality experiences for guests, and provide a safe and secure environment for the Museum’s guests, staff, volunteers, collections, facilities and grounds. The Guest Experience Host will station in and move through the Museum’s facilities, galleries, and grounds, proactively engaging with and assisting guests, and ensuring the safety of people and artwork, with the goal of exceeding guest expectations.


Studio School Instructors

Art Instructor
Firehouse Art Center | Norman, OK

The Firehouse is hiring! We are seeking additional art faculty to teach classes; from kids and adults to outreach programs! Firehouse faculty members are professional teaching artists contracted by the Firehouse to provide creative visual arts instruction in a variety of mediums. As instructors, they enthusiastically challenge, engage, and communicate with their students to encourage individual participation and learning while meeting the needs and experience level of each student. Artists interested in applying should have a minimum of a Bachelors in visual arts; those with prior teaching experience are preferred.

Every day, our teaching artists work in schools, community centers, and senior living facilities to bring art education to underserved areas of OKC. We’re looking for artists interested in joining us as we invest in and grow this program. As our Teaching Artist program grows, new classes can be created, so artists of any style or medium are encouraged to apply.
