Class Schedule

Ages 5–8: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Ages 9–12: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Mini Masters is a Saturday art series for children ages 5–12, with classes separated by age group to support different stages of learning and creative development. Families may register for individual sessions or enroll in multiple classes throughout the series.

This class introduces young artists to abstract art through the work of Piet Mondrian. Using his iconic use of primary colors, lines, and geometric composition as inspiration, students will explore balance, structure, and creative decision-making through hands-on projects. The class encourages playful experimentation while building visual awareness, problem-solving skills, and confidence in working with abstraction.

Activities are guided yet flexible, allowing students to explore ideas at their own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Registration: $25 per student

Capacity: 15 students per class

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Chelle brings over 25 years of experience teaching children and teens ages 2–18. Her teaching approach emphasizes hands-on artmaking, curiosity, and joyful experimentation. With a playful and welcoming style, she creates an environment where young artists feel comfortable exploring materials, expressing themselves, and building creative confidence.
