FEAST is the Paseo Arts Association's annual micro-grant program open to all Oklahoma artists!

Artists may submit proposals to receive funding for any artistic endeavors that will advance or continue their art practices or arts in their community. These endeavors can be anything from rent for a theatre or gallery space for a performance, art supplies for a series of artwork, design or printing costs, or fees for an artist-led community action or event. (open to interpretation!)

All fields of art are eligible! Visual arts, music, film, poetry, dance and performance and community arts-minded projects.

Important Dates:
Proposals Due - Tuesday, September 9 by 11:59pm
Artist Notifications via email - Friday, September 19 by 5pm
FEAST Event - Tuesday, October 14, 6pm

How Paseo FEAST works:
A selection committee comprised of arts professionals reviews all proposals and selects up to five finalists.

Finalists give a 5-minute presentation about their proposal to the FEAST audience, and guests will cast their votes.

Each guest purchases a ticket to attend the FEAST event, which provides a meal for dinner and a vote.

The winner is announced at the end of the event and will receive funding provided by half of the ticket sales for their proposal with the possibility of additional donations (the winning artist/group will receive a check within 2 weeks of the event).

Four work samples - You can either upload images or include links below. These are examples of the project or visual references!

Reference sheet - This helps identify the samples you've included above -- If for visual art images, please include title, media, and size for each image uploaded. For a performance link, please include a one-sentence description (including title and date) of each URL. If visual references of a public project or miscellaneous, please provide date, location, and a short description of what is shown.

Resume(s)
Proposal - this can be as simple or as stylized as you wish, but it must include the following sections:

Summary
A 1-2 sentence summary of your creative proposal/artistic endeavor. This summary will be printed on the ballot for attendees and used in marketing the event.

Description
Describe your creative proposal/artistic endeavor. Please be as specific as possible and describe all aspects. If your creative proposal/artistic endeavor includes a public event (such as an exhibition or performance), please indicate your plans for it. Max 500 words.

Relevance
What makes this creative proposal/artistic endeavor important to your artistic career or to the community? What is the project’s historical, personal or contextual importance? Max 500 words.

Use of Funds
How will you specifically use the money if you are funded? Be specific!
