Join us at 1515 Lincoln Gallery on Saturday, May 24, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm for a free book signing with author Patricia Hoerth Batchelder. She will read passages from her latest book, Evelyn Beatrice Longman: The Woman Who Sculpted Golden Boy, Thomas Edison, and Other Monuments, and sign copies for guests. Patricia is the co-founder, retreat leader, and spiritual director of Turtle Rock Farm—a retreat center for sustainability, spirituality, and healing. She is also an adjunct instructor of spirituality courses at Phillips Theological Seminary. A former feature writer for The Washington Star, Batchelder has taught journalism at Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma, and Northern Oklahoma College. She co-authored The Life and Times of Henry Bellmon (1992), her father’s memoir, which was awarded Best Book of Non-Fiction by the Oklahoma Center for the Book in 1993.
