The photography studio now has designated pickup and dropoff days for artwork. The photographer will take pictures of your work on the day(s) in-between. Please include any special instructions in the sign-up form. If you cannot pick up or drop off your work on the designated days, let us know! We can also arrange same-day dropoff/pickup if needed.

OVAC Members: $50
Non-Members: $100

The photographer will edit and crop the photos and share them with you via a download link shared over email. The images will be provided in both JPG and TIF format. You'll be getting an email from Evan Beasley (ebphotollc@gmail.com) Check your Spam folder!
It can take up to two weeks before you receive your images.

Restrictions
Artwork restrictions have changed. Please review before bringing your work.
2D Artwork and Jewelry: Max 15 pieces
3D Artwork: Max 10 pieces
Other mediums and large-scale pieces: Contact us at 405-879-2400 or email fernando@ovac-ok.org for restrictions.

Each sign-up is equivalent to one hour of photography. Restrictions listed above are maximum values - it is not guaranteed that all pieces can be photographed within the time limit. You may ask for prioritized pieces to be photographed first, and if you have a deadline coming up.

OVAC can use all images created in the photography studio for promotional purposes with artist credit.
​
Cancellations made less than one week in advance are non-refundable.
