Chase Kerby was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He attended Putnam City Schools and graduated from UCO with a degree in sound engineering and music production. In his twenties, Chase was a professional and touring musician, where he played and shared the stage with acts like the All-American Rejects, Graham Colton, Meg and Dia, and countless others. When not touring or finishing his degree, he helped run his family-owned candy store, 42nd Street Candy Co. In the Fall of 2015, he was a contestant on The Voice where he was a member of Gwen Stefani’s team. Two years later he began working as the Director of Art Moves and Out of the Box at Arts Council Oklahoma City. He was a recipient of the Oklahoma Gazette’s 40 under 40 award in 2019 and was a member of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL Class XV.
