My artwork has no one origin or end goal. My desire when making things is that other people can feel the same joy I experience while creating!
I consider myself a bit of a Renaissance woman who strives to be unique and have as many life experiences as possible when it comes to Art. I will try my hand at almost any creative endeavor that comes my way.
My artistic motto is "You don't know if you don't try"
I enjoy a range of hobbies from modeling/photography & ecstatic dance to paddle boarding & video games.
I get such a sense of joy from experimenting with art and performance because all art forms can influence one another regardless of one's expertise.

Lauren was born in Denver Colorado and moved to Edmond Oklahoma when she was 3 years old and has been living in the OKC metro ever since.
She didn't miss one year of art or orchestra classes from 6th -12th grade and attributes her interest in the arts to having very supportive teachers, participating in Odyssey of the Mind for almost a decade, and growing up with access to a variety of arts and cultural programming, that her parents exposed her to.
After studying History at OSU for 3 years, Lauren transferred to the University of Central Oklahoma where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Museum Studies in 2016.
Lauren has worked or volunteered at most museums in the metro and learned an insane amount from her diverse background; ranging from the Prix De West Auction Show at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum to working as a Gallery Guide at Oklahoma Contemporary.
