My goal and philosophy behind my artwork is to inspire others to think, feel and experience a moment of internal appreciation, reflection or inspiration. Whether it's the beauty of nature, the rich texture of dimension, an abstract design or the chemistry of colors...I hope after viewing my artwork, you are challenged to think and feel a creative stirring within. Welcome, my name is Danette Boswell and I am the owner of D. Layne Studios. I am excited to share my journey of creativity and deep thinking with you! As a teacher, writer and artist, my brain is always swirling with new thoughts, revelations and ideas to share. I look forward to expressing this loud brain of mine through my blog and artwork.
I enjoy creating with an array of artistic mediums, and most of my artwork is for sale. I create with acrylics, watercolors, pulp fiber, acrylic pour, abstract and geometric design, resin and mixed media.
