Evan Beasley is an Oklahoma City-based commercial and editorial photographer who has been devoted to photography and color theory for the past fourteen years. While he works with a variety of subject matter, the majority of his current effort is spent creating low-light digital images of landscapes and architecture, abstract high-speed water photo-collages as well as photographing for business and individuals in Oklahoma City.
After spending eight years in Denver, Colorado developing his photography technique and gaining on-the-job experience, Evan returned to Oklahoma in 2016 to start his own business as a freelance photographer. For eight consecutive years, Evan held a seasonal position as the Staff Photographer for the Oklahoma Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain documenting arts education workshops and artists at work. His most recent work can be seen in promotional materials for clients such as ARTSPACE at Untitled, Factory Obscura, and Verbode. In August 2019, Evan’s images appeared in a VICE documentary.
