Artist Statement
I love making work from life and my imagination. As I mature I lean harder into my interpretiation of the subject to convey the quality I find most resonant of my subject.
Artist Bio
I am a 4th generation artist. I received my B.F.A. from the American Academy of Art. I apprenticed as a caricature artist for 2 years. I am active in the arts wherever I find myself to include teaching and exhibiting. I currently own a gallery where I exhibit my work and that of some local artists. I am Cherokee so Northeastern Oklahoma resonates in me.
