Concept/OK: Art in Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition announces a call for entries for the exhibition Concept/OK: Art in Oklahoma. Inclusive of practicing Oklahoma artists, Concept/OK will be the inaugural exhibition at the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa Hardesty Arts Center (AHHA), running December 16, 2012-February 16, 2013.

Through the biennial exhibition, audiences can investigate current art making in Oklahoma. The exhibition will represent a broad survey of artists in the state in context with artists working nationally. The Concept/OK Survey and Focus combine a broad look at contemporary work in Oklahoma with a small group exhibition and exchange with artists from Kansas City. Also, two artists will create public projects for the Residencies.
