For the past 10 years Elia has maintained an active studio in Oklahoma City and has taught workshops on photo transfer, screenprinting and other fiber processes to children and adults. My primary medium is fiber, and I am particularly interested in using photographic imagery on fabric. I hope my work conveys a sense of the importance of community, the beauty of everyday life, and our relatedness with all of creation.
