Jennifer Barron holds a BFA in Painting and a BA in French from OU. She is a painter, a volunteer, a huge fan of Oklahoma City, and a hummus enthusiast. Her paintings explore humor or beauty in overlooked items and spaces, subjects chosen through thoughts on the effects of city building, 'civilization' and the human impulse to re-order the world through devices. She coordinates arts education and outreach programs at the Arts Council of Oklahoma City.
